Life is busy

but you are important

Lange Eve Counseling, PLLC

I offer a safe and welcoming environment, where my clients can let go of their to-do-lists, and tune-in to their own needs.

Supporting clients in my office based in downtown Asheville with free, plentiful parking (yes it’s true!), as well as telehealth appointments

My focus is on helping people become more self-aware and empowered to live the life they want to live. Each of us has our own inner wisdom, and my role is to help you listen to that— rather than the messages you may have gotten from unhealthy people or situations in your past. I value building a genuine connection and creating a comfortable space for us to do this vulnerable, but important work together.

Specializing in Relationships, Trauma, & Neurodivergence

Trauma-focused care

My practice is trauma-informed, allowing us to safely process through past or current trauma while carefully supporting the nervous system (so you don't become overwhelmed). Even if you don't feel you have Trauma, this is also how I approach anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, relationship issues, stress, life transitions, etc. It's all about deep self-awareness and self-compassion. I offer EMDR and somatic therapy for those wanting to target specific areas of distress.

relationship rescue

Marriage, online-dating, relationships, situationships… I am passionate about helping clients break through old, repeated patterns so they can begin to feel more confident, secure, and fulfilled within their relationships. Often this entails diving into how those patterns got there, and courageously stepping outside of these unhealthy “comfort zones.” You shouldn’t have to work so hard for a good partnership, and with a deeper understanding of yourself, you can have it!

Neurodivergence

I also enjoy exploring diagnosed- or suspected- neurodivergence, such as ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing d/o, giftedness, etc. We are all so complex, and while these labels can't define anybody, it's helpful to understand how we each uniquely navigate the world, especially when it feels like the world is not working with us.
